I have over 20 years of experience in fitness - incuding physiological and psychological testing, research, public speaker, high-performance trainer, and group exercise leader.  My educational background has allowed me to create high-level programming for our clients, inspiring them to reach higher than they thought possible.  My diverse experiences have allowed me to approach healthy living from a broad view - so many factors impact our bodies, including stress, nutrition, environment, exercise and coping skills.  Our clients require this knowledge in order to have long-term success.  I am a dynamic speaker, and enjoy educating people on creating the life they deserve.
