Ellen Yates

Ellen Yates founded N2SHAPE in 1994 after over 15 years experience as a personal trainer and corporate fitness director. Her business encompasses an in-home personal training and massage service, two private personal training studios in Northern Virginia, a corporate fitness division, and a nutrition program operated by a full-time registered dietitian. Ellen was featured on nationwide television training Arnold Schwarznaegger on the President¹s physical fitness exhibition, The Great American Workout. She was listed in The Washingtonian as one of the top personal trainers in the Washington, D. C. metropolitan area. Ellen earned a B.A. in Physical Fitness Management from Marietta College and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the Cooper's Institute for Aerobics Research (CIAR), and the Physical Mind and Body Institute as a Pilates Instructor. She is active in many charities for children and breast cancer.
