Teaching fitness classes began as a hobby in 1999, but quickly became a passion for this active mom of two boys. I've taught a variety of class formats in my 18+ years leading group exercise classes; dance fitness, TRX, Bootcamp, step, BOSU, strength, conditioning, circuit training, high/low aerobics, indoor cycling, aqua, yoga, senior fitness, barre, yoga sculpt, metabolic training, ski conditioning, and prenatal yoga. I enjoy the diversity of teaching different formats and populations in group classes and in my individual training sessions.
I'm an avid runner with a special interest in full & half marathons. I love to practice and guide yoga. The energy of a music thumping dance fitness or cycling class is my favorite to attend and teach. I enjoy travel, strength training, skiing, boating, and hiking, but my favorite leisure activity is family time with my husband and two sons.
