I have been athletic all my life. First, as a 2- time State Champion Gymnast in High School, and presently as a Cycle Racer and Triathlete. I have taught Group Fitness for 9 years. I love the fire and energy of Cycle class and Boot Camp, but respect and appreciate the mind and body engaging classes of Yoga and Pilates. I have taught Pilates on the reformer and Mat for over 3 years. I love the reformer so much, I splurged and purchased on for my personal practice. I have taught Yoga for 4 years and love the peace of mind it brings when connecting body to mind. I feel being physically active makes me a more healthy, spiritual person. I will pass that passion on to my clients. Besides being active, I have 2 wonderful kids and a husband who likes triathlons as much as me. I teach 3rd grade part time in Minneapolis schools, and have for over 17 years. I like reading, (you'll see me by the pool a lot) and cooking.
