Serena D'Eath

My name is Serena D'Eath, I have been active in the fitness industry for over 8 years.  I love to exercise and inspire others to find the joy in fitness while reaching their specific goals.   Teaching fitness classes is a carreer  to me and I hope to continue for many years.  I not only am an Advanced Fitness Leader but also mentor new instructors helping them become exceptional fitness leaders I am also a successful Personal Trainer who loves inspiring clients to reach for their goals and loving the process along the way.  I am very passionate about my local community and use my skills to raise money and awarness for different causes.  Currently I am very involved with fundraising for my childrens school.  I also have started a Walk Fit Group for people who need to lose over 100lbs.  Its a free support group that gets overweight people walking together to reach their similar goals.  The goal is to walk a 100km and lose 100lbs in one years!! I'm also working with Act Now BC offering another spring walking group for the inactive. I have my own studio where I offer eight spin classes, four group fitness classes, two outdoor bootcamps and persoanal training sessions a week.  I absolutely love my job.  In six months I plan to add to The Foundation group fitness and personal training team and offer more premium classes.
