Michele’s sojourn into the realm of spirituality began in 1980. This extraordinary and fantastic path was led by her mother through the teachings of metaphysics; adding dimension to the way she communicated with the universe. “Dreams represent an unknown sojourn surfacing a limitless intricacy of unfulfilled wishes, vicarious fantasies and hidden thoughts.” Michele awakened with the breath and stumbled upon the “universal energy,” known as Reiki. In 2006 Michele became a Reiki Practitioner. As she rummaged through her mind for forgotten ideas and lost dreams she carved through space and discovered the science of Iridology. Iridology is the inspection of the iris of the eye as an aid in determining a person’s state of health or in diagnosing a health problem. Her studies in Iridology began in 2007. The silent whispers of Michele’s dreams had led her to enter the wondrous world of Yoga. She graduated in 2009 from Sonic Yoga’s 200 hours Teacher Training Program, which was led by Lauren Hanna, Johanna Aldrich and William Duprey. “In my 29 years of existence I have stumbled upon a gamut of adventurous paths, but by far this has to be the funn-est of them all. It has been a fantastic journey that has enabled me to disconnect from reality and take a quick peek into the marvelous kaleidoscope.”
