Jenny Ferreira

My family lives near Seattle, WA. I've been in the world of fitness and health promotion for 10+years. I've held various positions, from group exercise instructor to personal trainer to supervisor/director at a community wellness center. I am currently a 2nd year graduate student getting a degree in Public Health. Yoga is my current passion and I teach All Levels yoga, Power yoga, Gentle yoga,Yoga for runners/athletes and prenatal yoga.
