Shannon Griffith, B.E.S.S, CPT, Yoga Instructor 200hr

 

Shannon's passion for the fitness industry is demonstrated through a lifetime of sports and activity in addition to more than 28 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. As a member of MB Junior Golf Team for a number of years, her awareness of physical activity, drive, dedication and motivation was groomed at a young age. As an active adult and having had a successful local Health and Fitness Studio, Fitness Edge for Women, for 20 years, she has extensive experience in her field.  As a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Leader,and 200 Hour Level Source Trained Yoga Teacher, she is dedicated to helping her clients/participants/sports teams find what motivates them to help them achieve their health/fitness/athletic goals by addressing all aspects of their lifestyles. As an Manitoba Fitness Council (MFC) Trainer and Evaluator of fitness leaders she shares her expertise and experiences with anyone who is willing to learn. As an MFC Group Fitness Leader and Resistance Trainer she develops and delivers a diverse spectrum of fitness classes and programs. With a career in law enforcement, while continuing to deliver group and individual fitness programs, the importance of health, wellness, fitness, sport and life balance is always her focus.
