Hi! My name is Kimberly Shelton and I used to weigh 240lbs. I had an opportunity to go through a Group Fitness Training in 2001 and it literally changed my life. I was an accountant at an Athletic Club, blowing through a jumbo bag of Peanut M & M's every one to two days and not exercising consistently. When I became a group fitness instructor, I was finally consistent with my exercise and began journaling what I was eating. As the weight began to drop off, I decided that Fitness was my life ambition, and I began working toward obtaining my personal training certification. Today, I weigh 150lbs. and am in the best shape of my life. I am a certified Life Coach, have a Masters in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and am an avid fitness enthusiast.
