I am a fitness professional and I have been teaching group fitness classes for 20 years. I started teaching classes in college and discovered that I had a passion for helping others reach thier fitness goals and personal potential. I have been teaching ever since! I enjoy teaching a variety of formats but my favorites are kickboxing and yoga.
I have two goals in mind before every class I teach. The first is to motivate each participant to come back to another class and the second is to make every participant feel successful!
