Linda challenges her clients to achieve their maximum effort thru Kickboxing and Boot Camp training. Linda teaches all levels -- from those just begining their exercise program to those looking to maintain or increase their fitness level. Linda's outside interest include participating in Duathlons. She challenges herself to compete in both running and cycling events. Linda is a highly motivated fitness instructor who challenges her client's to meet new fitness levels while having fun.
