Having started out nine years ago, receiving formal training in physical therapy and acupuncture, I have for the past five years continued into the personal training, bodybuilding / figure competitive areas. Owning my own Company has allowed me to take on clients in all areas of my interests listed above. In addition to this I have been taken my competitive endeavors to the professional level, competing in Professional Figure competitions. I have appeared in numerous physique magazines such as Oxygen, Muscle and Fitness, Flex, Ironman, Musclemag along with mainstream magazines such as American Curves and UMM.
