I have been a fitness enthusiast for as long as I have been able to drive myself to the gym and I have always had a passion for teaching. I have been a dedicated fitness instructor for 4 years. I strive to keep up with the latest trends in fitness and truly enjoy this part of my life. I just recently acquired my certification in personal training as a natural progression in my career. I currently teach 5-6 days per week, 2 classes per day. My schedule right now includes spinning, sculpting, step, and kickboxing. My sculpting class incorporates bosu, resistance balls, body bars, free weights, medicine balls and cables. I have taught pilates, bootcamp and hi/lo. I just returned from vacation where I met the Yoga instructor that gave me your companies information. My husband and I have always enjoyed our workouts during vacation and this also seems like a natural progression in my career. Thank you for your consideration.
