My passion for instructing group fitness comes from my love to help people reach their fitness goals and live a fully active lifestyle. I have been teaching group fitness classes for over 18 years. I teach several styles, including kickboxing, step, sculpting, yoga and stretch classes to name a few. I am also certified in 7 of the 8 Les Mills programs, the most popular being BodyPump.
