I am Fitness Specialist who has certifications in Personal Training and Group Exercise Instructor. I received my B.S. in Corporate Fitness in 2003. I am a goal oriented person who likes have my clients set short-term goals in order to reach their long-term goals. The classes I teach are based on strength and resistance training. I enjoy the interaction with the members and being able to make a positive impact in their life.
