I am a high school teacher/guidance counsellor by day and a fitness instructor by night :) I've been teaching high school since 1985. I taught aerobics at the YMCA from 1988 to 1996. In 1997, I began teaching for GoodLife Fitness clubs. I have taught hi/low, spinning, step, sculpting, etc.. I am presently teaching a barbell strength-training class, a spinning class and a stretch/relax class based on the principles of t'ai chi, yoga and pilates. In 2000, I began teaching on resorts. I have worked for a company called NRG 2GO. On those resorts, I have taught a stretch and relax class, aqua fit and step.
