I have been in the fitness industry for over 13 years teaching almost all formats such as yoga, pilates, boot camp, spin, and aqua classes. I love to use a variety of tools when teaching my classes such as step, bosu, body bars, dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, etc. My passion for group fitness carries over into my personal life as well as I am an avid runner, running 2 full marathons and 10+ half marathons and engaging in outdoor cycling events. I have done outdoor group rides of mileage from 30, 55, 72 and 100 mile rides. My goal is to cater to all types and shapes of people. To embrace our differences, find our strengths and seek out our potential. My highest priority is to motivate and most of all HAVE FUN with fitness. I am a creative and independent thinker whom constantly seeks new and innovative ideas for fitness training.
