Darlene Nicholson

Darlene Nicholson, 37 years old, mother of 2 and wife of 17 years. Darlene has over 15 years experience in the health and wellness industry.  Currently she focuses on selling health, wellness and fitness products online (www.grocerystoretour.com, www.lifechanginghealthysolutions.com) , as well as running a successful marketing and copywriting business her husband (www.dynamicduocopywriting.com).

Darlene was the featured instructor on the DVD Pilates Made Easy, which you can see on her site (www.lifechanginghealthysolutions.com) or by searching her name on YouTube.com. There you can also see Darlene's healthy cooking videos which are segments from her book/dvd healthy eating product called The Healthy Grocery Store Tour.

Darlene worked as a full-time Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor for over 12 years before moving to a part-time status. She would be happy to provide a copy of her Pilates DVD (or you can see on YouTube) and references if you like.

In addition to Pilates and aqua, Darlene has also completed special study in the areas of pre/post-natal exercise, active older adult fitness, strength training for women, post-rehab training, weight loss education, lifestyle and wellness motivation…and the list goes on.

Previously, Darlene lived in Dallas and Los Angeles where she developed her love for fitness, wellness and a healthy lifestyle. She has worked for several local fitness centers, as well as running her own personal training and corporate wellness business, and was a baker for a popular health food restaurant in Santa Monica.
