Debbie Sockol

I am a nationally board certified special education teacher who has participated in spinning classes for a little over 5 years.  Because of my teacher training and my love of spinning, I decided to become certified to teach and am currently subbing to gain experience before assuming a class of my own.  I have had the opportunity to work with various personal trainers for 5 years as well. I have always exercised and was a swimmer specializing in freestyle, backstroke and butterfly until I graduated from high school.  I am a masters swimmer as well.
