I have been certified and taught group fitness classes since 1998. Major muscles group class, abdominals, Aqua both shallow and deep water aerobics. I also was certified as a personal trainer for 4 years but let my certification go due to other commitments. Currently I am only teaching yoga. I have worked at YMCA and also at Snap Fitness. I have also rented space for my own classes. I volunteer as a yoga instructor at the local Highschool, typically coming in to teach once a trimester.
