Kristie Veitch

My professional experience begins with 8 years of women's fitness center management, including being a group fitness instructor. I taught aerobics, strength training and stretch classes. I currently work in group fitness at Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where I am certified in Les Mills Bodypump and Bodyattack. I teach 4-6 classes per week and have a background in freestyle abdominal core classes as well as boot camp classes. I have even trained and instructed a few of the aqua aerobic classes that our fitness center offers. I enjoy working out everyday and have a strong desire to inspire others in health and fitness. I can accommodate many levels of fitness along with stretch classes, aerobic training, pool classes and strength training.
