Fitness has always been a very important part of my life. After many years of going to group fitness classes, 8 years ago I decided to get certified. It was one of the best things I've done in my life. Kickboxing, bootcamp and muscle conditioning are my specialty. I really enjoy making a difference in people's lives and love when they see the results of all of their hard work they have done in my class. I have met so many great people and formed many great relationships in this industry. I currently teach 7 classes a week at 2 clubs as well as sub a lot for other instructors. I have been to three ECA conferences in NY, the most recent was March 2010...what a great experience!
Besides teaching, I am a busy mom at home with my 3 children ages 2,6 & 8. I can see already how fitness is part of their life and I will always support any sport they choose to do. It is important to me to keep them very active and I'm so happy they love to do so!
