I am a 30 year old woman who enjoys teaching fitness to all different people with all different Skill sets. I strongly believe fitness is a way of life and should be enjoyable! I am an expert yoga instructor and I believe teaching yoga is really my strongest skill. I can teach gentle yoga, restorative yoga, power yoga, and flow yoga. I work well in both group setting as well as one on one. I also have taught a kickboxing/bootcamp class for many years with provides great cardio and strength training. I am also qualified to give personal training sessions to a wide range of clients.
