Tracy Bruce

Tracy Bruec, RYT-500, is a certified Anusara-Inspired yoga instructor. After raising 3 children she was ready to start a new job however, the universe has other plans and she found herself expecting her fourth child. Reevaluating her life, she stepping onto the path of yoga and fell in love with it. In 2005, she began a teacher training with Lara Ward, and White Lotus yoga. While on a field trip into NYC for yoga, she came upon Anusara yoga and fell deeply in love. She has taken many teacher training's with John Friend, Ross Rayburn, and Bernadette Birney all of whom she owes a great debt. Tracy teaches a fun uplifting class, weaving in the life affirming values of Tantric philosophy, but with a strong focus on pain free alignment and balanced action. She encourages the student to become insightful to their own unique gift and to share them the world.
