Professionally, I am both an attorney and a group exercise instructor/trainer. Fitness is my passion and has long been an integral part of my life.
I have been teaching aerobics since 1996 and personal training since 2000. I began teaching aerobics in Wuerzburg Germany, and taught both in German Health Clubs and on American Military bases. When I returned to the United States, I taught aerobics and worked as a personal trainer while attending law school.
Today, I work in several of the health clubs in my community, and enjoy teaching many different formats, including Step Aerobics, Kickboxing, Aqua Aerobics, Yoga, Spinning and Sculpting.
