Liz Fullam

Liz was born in Massachusetts,and graduated from Nicholas College with a BSBA. She moved to Lighthouse Point, Florida in 1986. Liz has been instructing group fitness and exercise classes for 18 years. Her background includes certifications with the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in Personal Training and Aerobics, and she is also a nationally certified water fitness instructor. Liz has taught and coordinated classes at spas, health clubs, and corporations throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties.
