Sharon Addison

I hold a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia in Germanic Language and Literature and a Professional Teaching Certification through the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. I have taught in the Orange County school systems for 4 years as a permanent substitute teacher. Before that, I was a sales and marketing director of Speedy Sign*A*Rama in Durham, NC; this was a position I held for 10 years. I am currently home schooling my 12 year old daughter and enjoy working part-time teaching yoga and Pilates.

I am a very active person outside of the gym. I enjoy working out apart from teaching my classes and also enjoy gardening and outdoor play with my daughter and our myriad of pets.I am very outgoing and have a way of making people work very hard during my class, but doing so in a friendly and gentle manner. I would be a great asset to your resort!
