I love being an Aqua Instructor and have been doing this for almost 19 years. I can work w/many different age groups and levels with ease by giving different variations of the same exercise. I can work w/noodles, dumbbells or just use the resistance of the water to provide a fun, safe cardio & strength training class. I excel at bringing people together to have fun and work out at the same time. Since I taught at another resort a few years ago, I'm familiar with the need to motivate people to come join in and take the classes. Being a personal trainer has also allowed me to sell training programs that fit each individual clients' needs and work with various equipment such as cables, free weights, BOSU's, and stability balls.
