I have been a physical fitness enthusiast for over three decades. I started playing soccer at the age of 4 and have been playing ever since. I continued playing sports through my grade school and college years incorporating running, cycling, weight lifting, and other sports to diversify my workout. I have been formally trained in Tong So Do Karate.
I continued to develop my physical fitness enthusiasm and knowledge. I assisted my colleagues in developing physical fitness programs to achieve their fitness goals.
I recently started working with Fitness First Health Centers in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area and have enjoyed teaching Cycling and Bootcamp. I am familiar with working in overseas environments and am culturally sensitive. I am motivated and excited about the opportunity to work overseas to help people achieve their physical fitness goals.
