Paula Stephens

Paula Stephens has crafted a career by combing her personal passions with her professional goals.  She holds a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and is a member of Wellcoaches® and Exercise is Medicine™.  Paula has presented national personal training workshops on behalf of ACSM and currently does freelance writing for the Livestrong.com online health and wellness website.  She currently manages a large community based fitness and wellness program in Colorado.  Her personal endeavors include running, mountain biking and taking advantage of living in the wonderful state of Colorado.  She is the mother of 4 amazing boys.
