I grew up as a competitive level gymnast. I went on to cheerleading in college and then got into fitness after I graduated. I am a former fitness/figure competitor. I love all types of group fitness classes. I have taught mostly Les Mills classes for the last 14 years. I recently trained in water aerobics and will begin teaching those classes soon. When I teach my goal is to have my participants experience a killer workout as well as have fun and be entertained!
