Evi Vandecasteele

Grew up in Croatia, played tennis on a Junior International Circuit. Recruited by BYU on a full ride tennis scholarship from 1990-1994 where I played #1 singles and doubles. Our school was ranked top 10 in the USA two out of the four years I played there and top 25 the remaining two years. Personally I was ranked top 25 in the country. In 1997 I certified with AFAA to teach Group Fitness classes and few months later I got my first teaching job. Since I have been continuously teaching anywhere from 1-6 classes per week in various fitness clubs. In 2000 after the birth of my first son, I returned to tennis as a teaching tennis professional. I currently teach all levels of players, from the very beginner, to competitive juniors. I teach group and private lessons, adults and children. I work 30-35 hours per week teaching tennis and group fitness. I am also in charge of the Conditioning program for the competitive Juniors in our facility.
