I live in a small town in Texas( really small),called Luling. I am a wife and a mother of a 16 year old daughter. I used to be a pharmacy technician and tought  group fitness as  away to stay active. About three years ago I was introduced to a company called Beach Body ( they make fitness infomercials), along with one of their trainers Chalene Johnson. This changed everything for me! I got certified to teach one of Chalene's formats called Turbo Kick, and my group classes soared! I went on to get certified in other formats as well as AFAA. I soon turned my passion into my own buisiness. I own a small studio where we teach group fitness, boot camps, and personal training. This had aloud me so much more time at home with my family, something I wouldn't trade for anything. We try to take vacations every year as a family, so I thought this is an excellant way to go . I hope I will be able to use your services soon.
