Hi...my name is Nancy Smith Wong. I have a passion for teaching yoga and group exercise! During my fitness career I have taught hi-low aerobics, STEP aerobics, Body Conditioning, Yoga, and Aqua Fitness. I live in San Diego and am currently employed by The Optimum Health Instititute, 24 Hour Fitness and Optimum Condition. In addition, I have a Master's Degree in Counseling and recently retired from school counseling. I teach a gentle, flow-type yoga, infusing pilates conditioning as well so that participants of all levels can feel success and want to keep coming back. I instruct yoga and aqua classes on a weekly basis and would welcome the opportuny to teach both formats in any given week.
