I LOVE Group Fitness! My mother took step classes back in the 80's; I'd always sneak away from the "Kid's Klub" and watch the class with my nose pressed up against the window. When I would play dress-up, I would always dress up as a Step Instructor! Ever since I was a little girl, I knew that I wanted to be involved with group fitness. Now I am able to help people achieve their fitness goals and get/stay healthy! I enjoy teaching yoga, pilates and group fitness classes such as TurboKick and Zumba.
