Mary Jeanine Gregory

Pilates combines two life long interests of mine; movement and teaching. I studied modern dance in under graduate school, and then went on to complete a master’s degree in elementary education. I spent 3 years teaching at a Waldorf school in Boulder Colorado before I stopped to marry my husband and have two children. After a year of training, I became a certified instructor in classical Pilates. It is the perfect match for my love of physical movement and teaching. I have taught both private, and group mat and equipment classes, at the beginner and advanced level. I am trained on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and Ladder Barrel. In addition to these pieces of equipment, I also enjoy using the foam roller, weighted balls, bosu, therabands as well as magic circle, to teach the Pilates repertoire.
