I graduated from the University of Sioux Falls in 1992 with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. I completed an internship with the US Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY in the winter of 1993.
I have been a competitive cyclist since 1986, and have competed at the Professional level for the last 10 years. I have had numerous top 5 placings at the National Track Cycling Championships, as well as the Olympic Trials. I currently have sponsorship through PowerBar, primarily.
I am a Senior level Cycling Coach with Carmichael Training Systems, home to Lance Armstrong, for coaching services. I have worked with this company for 2 years.
In addition, I am a certified and licensed massage therapist, and have been practicing at the Colorado Sport and Spine Centers in Colorado Springs, CO for 7 years.
I bring a wealth of information and experience to indoor cycling classes as well as massage. It is my passion to be able to pass along the knowledge I possess to others looking to meet their fitness goals.
