I am an exercise enthusiast who loves teaching group fitness classes.  I currently teach spin and a combo class (cardio, sculpting).  My primary goal for my classes are to provide a safe and effective workout to all participants regardless of age or fitness level.  Interaction is very important to ensure a quality, fun and positive exercise experience. 

My fitness regime also includes running, yoga and tennis.  I am currently on three tennis teams.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.  I have been teaching group fitness classes for two years and hold a current certification from AFAA in group exercise. 

My husband and I really enjoy to travel, we take several trips a year and I am hopeful that this program could allow for more travel.
