I currently hold various group instructor certs. and my personal training cert. I teach approx. 15-23 hours per week. Iam employed by Brown's Gym, YMCA, Abington Senior Center, & Bella Yoga Studio. I have been an instructor for approx. 13 years. I had my own aerobic and fitness studio for 5 years but sold it because of some medical problems in 1999. I attend fitness conferences regularly to keep up to date with new ideas and new workouts.
