I currently am employeed at Bucks County Community College as the Wellness Cooridinator. I also am a Spin Instructor and Exercise Specialist with Plus One Health Mangement. I recieved my Master of Science degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at East Stroudsburg University. I am very much involved with health and fitness. My motto is, "Practice what you preach!"
