As a new mother i found it difficult to find a trainer who could be sensitive to a new mothers needs and frustration of getting back in shape with a baby in tow. There was such a demand for personal training in my community, I knew this is what loved and needed to provide my peers. Especially the stay at home mom, who otherwise couldn't afford the luxury of traveling to a gym and then shelling out a lot of money for a trainer. So I started with inexpensive group sessions and it all evolved from there. I now operate an in home training service with over 30 clients and several bootcamps in 2 different counties all on my own while raising an active and healthy family.
