I thoroughly enjoy teaching exercise classes and have the enthusiasm, commitment and drive that will enable me to make a valuable contribution to any holiday resort. My enthusiasm is infectious and has helped me to motivate some participants who previously showed little or not interest in exercise. I am very aware of the wide range of ability of participants and feel confident in my ability to be flexible, supportive and challenging, as appropriate. I have excellent communication skills and a wealth of life experience to draw upon. I am also prepared to work diligently, taking on board that I may have to coax participants on holiday to participate in an exercise class.
