I have been teaching group fitness classes since 2002. I am currently teaching Group Power, which is a 1hr total body conditioning class; Group Centergy, a blend of yoga, pilates and tai-chi; and a 45 minute cycling class. I love the energy that comes from getting people active and involved in fitness
I am also a certified personal trainer. I received my training through AFAA in 2005. I enjoy working with clients one on one, helping them set and reach their individual goals.
I am also currently enrolled in classes to become a Registered Nurse.
