Adrienne Annison

My name is Adrienne Annison.  A southern belle at heart, I live in the Nation's Capital and love the energy that this city gives!  I am a former competitive runner.  My competitve years stretched from elementary school, high school, and collegiate years.  In college I got a Bachelor's Degree from Mississippi College in Kinsesiology focusing on Excercise Science.  The kinesiology program at Mississippi College follows the standards and teachings of American College of Sports Medicine.  Upon Graduating from MC, I went on to obtain my Health Fitness Instructor certification from ACSM, as well as my Group Exercise Certification from International Fitness Trainers of America.  I have a passion for health and exercise believing that everyone needs a balance of cardiovascular and strength training in their active lives.  I thourougly enjoy teaching aquatic aerobics classes as well at boot camp style group classes.  In my own active lifestyle I train and compete in marathon's just for sport.  My personal theory of exercise is very simple.  I want so show the world the joy of exercising and teach everyone that exercise and make a very postitive impact on anyone's life.
