Suzi Istvan

Suzi Istvan has loved joyful movement for as long as she can remember. She grew up dancing, and found yoga at age 16. Although she continued to practice into her adult life, it wasn't until her pregnancy 3 years ago when she fell deeply in love with yoga. After the birth of her son, she jumped into the 200 Hour Teacher Training through yogahOMe in Cincinnati, OH.

Suzi has enjoyed teaching clients of all ages and abilities and loves sharing the practice of yoga in many locations. In addition to teaching her adult vinyasa classes, Suzi teaches Kids Yoga and has established toddler yoga classes in many locations throughout the city. She volunteers in inner-city Cincinnati schools through Project Yoga to teach pre-schoolers how relax and find peace. Suzi operates the Bellevue, KY location of yogahOMe and is the Communication Director of all yogahOMe studios.
