I have been working out on a regular basis with weight training for about 4 years now.  I love Zumba because it helps people who have alot of weight to lose as well as those that just want to lose those last few 10-15 pounds.  When teaching Zumba I make it all about the students.  I am there for them....so they get a fun and great workout.
