Graduated from U.N.I.V.A. in 1985 In Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico. with an Associated degree in Business Administration. Certified as an Aerobics Instructor in 1990, opened her own Aerobics  academy teaching a wide variety of classes for all ages. In 1994 participated in the step Championship obtaining 2nd. place. In 1995 participated in the Aerobics Championship pbtaining 1st. place  and participated again in 1996 obtaining 2nd. place . Moved to Chicago in 1997 working at Women's Workout world. Shortly after relocated to Manitowoc and work at the YMCA and currentrly Holy Family Wellness Center. Credentials. Nutrition for Exercise and weight Management, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Exercise Instructor for water and land, Certified Cycling Instructor, Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor, certified Silver Sneakers.cxworx certified.
