William Kron

I have over 25 years of tennis teaching experience. Having coached numerous high school teams and instructed countless groups and individuals I have a wealth of experience and understanding of the game, how to play, how to teach, and how students learn. While I have decades of experience, I offer an energetic and enthusiastic presence on the court. Tennis is not my primary career. I have been an elementary school teacher, a high school English teacher, and now I am a school administrator. I have undergraduate degrees in English and Education and I have my MA in Education and a School Administration License. I know that because I work in the field of education I am a better tennis instructor. I know that because I teach tennis, I am a better educator. I have a very healthy balance with my full time career and my part-time passion. Throughout my life I have been involved in sports. I have represented the United States in 3 Bandy World Championships competing in Sweden and Norway. I was a member of the varsity hockey and tennis teams at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul. I have coached high school soccer, ice hockey, football, softball, baseball, and tennis. Sports have always been a very important part of life. Perhaps my greatest joy is helping others reach their potential. I have a lovely wife, Mary, and three children. Claire is 13, Sally is 11, and Willy is 9. Combining tennis instruction and a family vacation would be tremendous for our family. My wife is a licensed Massage Therapist and is willing to work at a resort.
