I have been a personal trainer and spinning instructor practicing for the past 12 years. Certified by NSPA and Spinning. I have completed the Coach Training Program with CTI and am a Life Coach at present. I have a Masters Degree in Business and a Post Masters Degree in Health Care Administration. I speak English, French and Farsi and have lived in Switzerland, England, France, Iran and the USA.
