I have been formally involved in organized fitness since 2007, when I began administering a physical fitness program for federal law enforcement personnel. Since then, I have participated in numerous marathons, half-marathons, 5Ks, and triathlons. I enjoy preparing for different events while maintaining a balanced fitness routine. My favorite activities include weight training, running, and swimming. I create personalized programs to help clients reach their unique goals. I personally believe that a strong foundation in general physical fitness and health will directly translate to positive gains in all aspects of life, including mental state, overall mood, and overall well being. Choosing to live a healthy life is the most important decision people can make because that decision will translate into positive gains in all areas of life.
